MIKE
Managing Director and proud Yorkshire man Mike has worked in business for over forty years. Passionate about helping staff develop their skills and personalities to the benefit of all, there’s little Mike doesn’t know when it comes to sales and business management.
Mike is known for his eclectic taste in clothing and music, as well as his ever-changing car collection!
DAVID
David is our Business Manager, bringing over two decades of financial and office management to the team. Whether its handling service matters or developing wellbeing support for staff, David loves devising new ways to steer the company forward. A keen photographer and scuba diving instructor, David also spends his spare time travelling and playing music.
MATT W
Our General Manager Matt takes care of the daily business duties, managing all our projects. Applying his 25 years industry experience, Matt also plays a pivotal role in our graphic design team. Away from work avid Liverpool FC and Real Betis supporter Matt likes spending time with his family and long-distance running. A fan of anything on two wheels, Matt also loves riding motorbikes both on and off-road.
CARL
With twenty-five years in the signage industry under his belt, Sales and Production Coordinator Carl manages our site surveys, quotes, designs, productions, and installations. In his spare time, he loves kayaking, climbing, playing and coaching football.
KARL
Karl is our Print and Production Supervisor. Heading up the print department, he can be found printing and finishing work with his keen eye for detail. As well as being a huge Spurs fan, Karl loves travelling and exploring new countries with his family.
LOUISE
Managing all our social media and marketing campaigns, Louise has a keen eye for detail and creativity. Always looking for the latest and best way to showcase the business online, Louise also takes care of our copywriting, content editing and proofreading. Outside work Louise is an artist and loves travelling, weight training and nature.
DAMON
Our Business Development Coordinator, Damon focuses on connecting with clients and helping the business grow. With eighteen years’ experience of working in the industry, his broad skillset covers manufacturing, sales and management. Outside of work, Damon is a big NFL fan, especially the Green Bay Packers. He also loves spending time with his family and exploring Norfolk.
MATT A
Matt adds a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, producing and installing sign fascias, post signs, vehicle graphics and our green wall systems. Outside work, Matt is a big comedy and music fan and enjoys supporting Newcastle United.
STEF
With over 35 years’ experience and knowledge of the industry, Stef can be relied upon to build pretty much anything! Specialising in acrylic fabrication and illumination, he manages fabrications and installations for one of our leading local clients. Stef loves collectibles, especially his lovingly restored collection of vintage BMX bikes. When he’s not searching for gems, Stef loves spending time at VW van meetings and festivals.
HAYDEN
A talented and meticulous sign installer, Hayden can turn his hand at all vehicle wraps. From single vehicles to fleets wraps he is also an expert in applying and finishing architectural films. Hayden plays high level football and competes at darts and bowling.
BLUE
Blue is our ‘Publick Relations Manager’. An enthusiastic meet and greeter, she specialises in cuddles, making people smile and chasing toys. Will work for belly rubs.
